1. Brief introduction
The PU sandwich panel have function of sound insulation, heat insulation and prevent burn and use in wall panel, and so on.
It is not only suitable for the newly set up brick-concrete structure, framework structure, steel structure, lightweight buildings, but also perfect for energy-saving reconstruction of the old buildings.
This whole production line includes: uncoiler, embossing machines, roller conveyor, roll forming machines, pre-heating device, 2 components low pressure foaming machine, flexible foil uncoiler, spraying machine, double belt machine (with heating system), saw cutting, and output conveyor. Whole line is controlled by PLC and running automatically.

Coil---uncoiling ---embossing---- roll forming ---roller feeding(foil uncoiling, spraying)---PU foaming—Laminating (heating)---automatic cutting ---output conveyor---roller painting (drying) for option
