 1) Compact machine structure:

Main machine is decelerated by main motor and driven by gear unit for driving up and down barrel rolls. Both rolls keep meshing status by gear unit. The sheets are put on the movable platform and feeding by crank mechanism which will make sure the sheet entering into machine without any deviation. After forming, output rollers are designed to correct the corrugation height to keep it as 76 mm. 

2) Easy control and operate：

The machine adopts variable-frequency regulating speed technology, so in order to achieve best forming effect; you can set different forming speed, feeding speed according to different raw material sheets.
